Super Pro Deep Luster

SUPER PRO DEEP LUSTER - LIQUID POLISHING COMPOUND DEEP LUSTER A highly concentrated liquid abrasive suspended in water soluble, biodegradable base solution formulated for pre-polishing and final polishing only. DEEP LUSTER compound may be applied sparingly to buffs, pads, discs or wheels & allow to "set up". If needed, Mist bottled water to lunricate & polish until slurry begins to thicken and dry, repeat if required. Operating dry may cause excess heat. Dry tumbling compounds; Use 5 lbs DRY Media - Corn Cob +8oz SPDL - Walnut Shell +6oz SPDL - Hardwood +4oz SPDL. DEEP LUSTER - Liquid compounds are for Pre-Polish and Final Polish only. All normal processing steps must be followed first using silicon carbide abrasive grit, coarse, medium and pre-polishing (80, 220, 600). DEEP LUSTER - Dry Vibratory Tumbling with a carrying agent such as, Ground Corn Cob, Black Walnut Shell, Ground Apricot or Hardwood, i.e. (corn cob) than add the appropriate amount of DEEP LUSTER to the carrying agent. Process until completely absorbed into the organic carrying agent used and the mixtures are completely dry. Store dry stock mixture in a container labeled correctly for each mesh size. Do Not place in a closed container for storage until mixtures are absolutely dry (complete instructions supplied). DEEP LUSTER - Vibratory Wet Polishing without andy organic carrying agent for per-polishing and final polishing only. Use 5 lbs DRY Media - Corn Cob +8oz SPDL - Walnut Shell +6oz SPDL - Hardwood +4oz SPDL, soft or mixed loads may require more, those with all hard gemstones use less. Pre-Polishing using 800 and 3000, prior to final polish....Soft or difficult gems may require the use of 9,000 prior to polishing. Final Polishing using 18,000 for loads up to 72 in hardness and 60,000 for polishing on loads of 8-82 in hardness, or very difficult to polish gems.
