Soft Flex^TM Beading Wire

This is the most flexible bead stringing wire ever made. Its state of the art design feels like fiber and offers the strength of stainless steel. The first 21 and 49 strand stainless like fiber and offers the strength of stainless beading wire that is created for the bead enthusiasts who know their work and for those designers who use crimp beads. Its construction offers flexibility like no other, 7 strands each containing 7 wires (7"x7" wire construction) make 49 stainless steel micro-wires of strength, flexibility, and longevity. A special nylon coating covers the wire to give a soft, silk-like feel. Available in 3 diameters and 2 lengths. 21 Strands, .014 Diameter - .014 was designed for softer, less abrasive materials such as fresh water pearls and seed beads. 49 Strands, .019 Diameter - .019 was designed for use with lamp work beads, Australian Crystal, Czech glass, metal beads, silver beads, and pewter beads. 49 Strands, .024 Diameter - .024 was designed for abrasive materials and designs that will meet excessive movement and rubbing such as beaded watchbands. It was excellent for multi-strand designs, African trade beads, semi-precious stones, mineral necklaces, and hematite.
